Temporary disable your antivirus software and try again.

If you are using Norton Antivirus it is 99% certain this is the reason.

ps. It is funny how you are opening this forum but saying that "Browser not working" ?

Maybe its an issue with your DNS?

Open a command prompt and type

nslookup <<website name you want to visit>>

it should reply with the IP address of the website in question.
