There are many captcha solving services such as: http://anonym.to/?http://decaptcher.org/

It is easy being a spammer and doing the things wrong

I just deleted 4 spam posts myself. It is an ongoing battle with spammers but I for one will not give up.

I find it interesting the way they try to post something relevant to the forum and then sneak in links! Some of them must but a great deal of thought and effort into it!
