New to RSP

Hi everybody, I just signed up to RSP and I have a couple of questions. I made the mistake of purchasing a domain at another register and now I can't transfer the domain for 60 days. Anyone know why RSP requires the domains transferred to their site if you want to purchase a dns cluster? I asked TS today but I didn't really get straight answer other than that's just the way they do it. Also, can you guys tell me if the tech support is taken care of by RSP. I believe it is but I just wanted to be sure.

I just wonder how can I manage my domain. It's <removed link> online net page. What if I change it into org? Will it spoil everything? I tried to change the settings and set up a new plugin for the images, and it just messed up. So, I'm afraid to make things still worse.
