I see a lot of hosting companies giving people credits for google, yahoo and msn ppc service. How is that done and what do we as the hosting company have to do to be able to offer these to our clients. It may help in the process of obtaining clients.

You can do so by getting the adwords voucher from somewhere.
e.g. you can purchase $50 voucher from DP forum, and give it to your clients. Of course, it already covered in the hosting cost.

Or, you can pass the adwords professional exam to obtain the vouchers yourself. But please keep on mind that examination fee is not cheap. If I'm correct, about $200...

Beside credit, you still have many other tactics to use.
