How fast your sites get indexed?

Just wanted to ask how fast your new sites get indexed and what methods you use to get indexed? I`ve also seen that if I create new pages to my wordpress site, it can take up to week before google indexes them.
Any good tips to get new page indexed faster?

Hi!

There are few vitals part of a webpage getting indexed by the search engines.

1) Add it to your Google Webmasters and Yahoo SiteExplorer accounts.

2) Create and submit "Sitemap" to the above.

3) Add/Create at least 5 pages/posts on the website.

4) Search for some "fast indexing" website in Google and submit your website to it.
