How to get FB likes or shares?

What is the best way to get legit facebook likes or shares? Is there a simple, cost efficient way to quickly get these? I am fairly new to FB fanpages and have setup a couple, but I can't get anybody to visit my pages. Any help you can give me I would greatly appreciate!

if you have website or blog and it that have good amount of traffic then integrate Social Media buttons of Page to your website. You website visitors will sure like your page if they are interesting in your products or services. Share good information on your page and shared your page link from your personal profiles and share page links in Facebook groups.
