What should I do so that my posting quickly index by google?

You could try to get your website linked from another well established websites. For example a link exchange. Similar/relevant content helps you get indexed higher.

Also signing up to Googles Webmaster tools allows you to access a lot of powerful tools. If your a business you can list yourself on Google Maps etc

Another is posting on other website blogs, review/comments or feedback with a link back to your site. For example, if its a personal website you could add it to your signature on forums etc. But be warned this can be considered spam and work against you!
