I expect some expert advice from those who have experience with facebook. We can see lots of threads in our buy-sell-trade section offering services to promote fan pages and FB groups.

But how exactly these can help our websites in terms of search engine optimization? Though I have both a fan page and group I get only a few hits from them to my site.
