Backup of Website in Sitestudio

This may have been asked already, but I cannot find the post. Does anyone know if and how you can backup a website done on a template in SiteStudio onto your hard drive? And if a user has a website built in SiteStudio and moves to another host with SiteStudio, can that back up be upload to the new one? Thanks

As for your first question, just FTP to your website by visiting ftp://websitenamehere.com and entering the FTP username and password for your hosting account.

As for your second question, as long as the files are exactly the way they were when SiteStudio created/edited them, the answer is probably yes. I do not know for sure, though.
