Thanks, I'll have a look. Actually ran across an online app last night while hunting. CreativePro Office. Has everything I was looking for and, at this point, free to use. Don't know if anyone has a need for a project management suite... check it out if you do.

Have you looked at phpProject? I evaluated it awhile ago (though didn't use it in a "real world" case), and it seemed to be full-featured - at least on par with MS Office Project.

Looked at at and wasn't impressed. Installed WebCollab and it was a little better. CreativePro Office tops both, IMHO. I think the feature I like best is the time tracking... considering I pay subcontractors based on an hourly rate and total project time.
