Is there any way to hide the file directories? Example is my domain is: www.mysite.com and I have files in www.mysite.com/files/ someone can just put that url into a browser and see and download the files that are in there.

I know I can put a blank index.html file in each one but can this be done on the server automatically?

Unfortunately the liquidnet servers don't allow us to turn off indexing, but what you can do is in a htaccess file, set IndexIgnore *. This means that the index displayed will ignore all files, so the index displayed will just be empty.
