Convert FLA or SWF to FLV or MP4

Hi,

I've created a video using Flash CS5 but I cannot save it as a FLV or MP4, does anyone know how to do this? If your able to tell me or are willing to do it for me let me know, I will pay you for your time.

There is an extension for Firefox called VideoConverter. It should allow you to download a video from a website and save it as you wish.
