looking for moderator

Hi,
I have just built a hosting forum,now I'm looking for a few moderator who are willing to help me to manage the forum.

The requirement to become a moderator:
1.At least 2 years experience in hosting market.
2.At least senior member of rsp forum.
3.Have a good morality

In return...actually i have nothing can offer you,but i can share the ads revenue with you in future.why not now?because i'm not going to put google adsense,i will just put the banner,but currently i think nobody is willing to advertise in my new forum..

What is the connection between "Mirage Web Hosting Forum" and "bbcnn.us"?

If you want some help maybe you need to put some posts in your forum.
At least post a welcome message in each board. It looks pretty empty right now.

To get the ball rolling maybe you could find an article or two for each board subject and post it as general information for the subject matter - just to get your counts up. i don't think too many people will stick around if there is nothing to read / comment on.
