Missing image file in default template

In the webpage(default template, latest one) at http://du*ose*rvers.com/?lang=en&action=webhosting , I can't seem to find the image entitled images/box_white_line.jpg. If you were to look at the source code, you should be able to find this image but when I tried getting the image by putting the url to the link of the image in my browser, it returns an error page. Does anyone know why it's like that?

Why do you need it anyway?

Because I implemented the same style into my custom website and it doesn't look nice with a broken image link showing...

The image in question simply seems to be missing. I have notified the Design Team about this issue too.
