WP Plugin 404 - Page not found error

Does anyone know where the "404 - Page not found" page is located in the WP database? I assumed it was a page I could edit from within WP. I haven’t had a chance to look properly but the search in the Dashboard for 404 or error is not being very fruitful. Maybe its hard coded in the plug-in?

I edited it on a previous installation of WP.

I think it is in the "editor" in the control panel.

It's just a part of the theme, if I remember correctly.

look under themes- editor. I belive its there
