This is one of the emails I did get today:

Hey Eric,

Those numbers aren't working for me

The server are down.
And the company that you resell for has the worst customer service I have ever seen.
I was told at 8 this morning that it would be fix in 10 - 15 minutes.
And now when I chat with them know one answers but it connects with a rep.

I'm not happy, just so you know.

They run an online store and having the server down for a day is $$$$$$ for them! when will this be fixed?
