datex, resellers can choose to receive their reseller commission payments by PayPal, check or bank wire.
I am not sure that I understand your second question either. When you register a domain name your address is recorded in the WHOIS record of the domain. Your address in the WHOIS records is publicly accessible, unless you order an ID protect service that is available as an option.
Regarding VAT, wjleong, has already quoted the link with the details on VAT. We do not charge VAT yet, but we will start doing so in a month when LiquidNet Ltd. (the owner of ResellersPanel) becomes VAT registered.
