Legal liability as reseller

Hi all,

I am new here and would like to know a bit more about reseller's liability: according to the service agreement, LiquidNet Ltd. is NOT liable for any potential damage (e.g data loss etc.)... details pls. refer to:

So what about resellers' liability to the end users? Is there a service agreement explicitly indicating reserllers' Limited Liability? Don't want to get caught in legal issues!

Once you sign up, your company name automatically gets inserted in the terms and agreements pages. (you do not have to insert it) It will look like this
your company name and Liquidnet.......

(that's the first thing that I looked at when I signed up)
