As we know, both Atom and Opteron CPU that offered by RSP was initially launched on 2010, it was 5 years ago, would RSP consider to offer latest CPU and better/competitive hardware option?

Yes, we do have plans to update our Dedicated Server offers and offer better hardware performance with the latest hardware available on the market.
However I can't give you an ETA when this project will become live.
Such news will be announced in our blog, forum and Facebook page as soon as it is integrated in our system.
