USA based clients who require HIPAA compliant hosting require a signed Business Associates Agreement. I have been trying this week to establish what the protocol would be to obtain this.
(1) RSP Helpdesk found he query interesting but couldn't offer any suggestions beyond the resellers T&C's
(2) The US Datacentre are happy to provide a BAA - and even sent me a copy of their standard document but can only have one with Liquidnet.
(3) I reached out to Liquidnet to see if they would provide this a few days ago, via their website. Yet to receive an answer.
(4) How can I get this done

I regret to inform you we cannot offer to issue such document as our service is not HIPPA compliant, nor we intend to become HIPPA compliant in the future.
