I have noticed over the last month or so that Support tends to answer "too fast", not reading the questions properly and/or not checking up the problem properly.
I have been very satisfied with the support before (and I still think it is good) but I feel there has been a change in the wrong direction.
Today I got a message from a customer saying the same, so I thought it was time to give you some feedback.
It's great that you are fast. But I think most users would agree on that we rather wait 5 minutes more for a correct answer the first time. We loose these five minutes anyhow (as does the support personel) when the question needs to be repeated once or twice.
