I must agree, I found Kevin very helpful in the past.
Coldy was a great help too, about 6 replies to my ticket and problem sorted in 30 minuets. -
Are you talking about live chat support or ticket support?
According to my past 2 years experience,almost everyone in RSP live chat support are very helpful and nice to me....
Lina,Kevin,Teo,Bob,Vasko,Oliver and many many are very good
So,support should always get bonus
