  • Private DNS Mail server (Webmail???)

The Private DNS Mail server is only for POP3/smtp access but not for webmail access!

I would like to suggest for a webmail system on mail.your-private-brand.com so that it is easy for clients to access the webmail.

The Private Brand concept is still not complete with client having to access *************XX.com/webmail/ to read their emails online.

Currently we have to manually create a subdomain like mail.clients-domain.com and create a page to redirect it to *************XX.com/webmail/ or any crazy stuffs like this!!!

Hope Resellers Panel's Technical guys look into this issue and consider making a better webmail access!!

    Thanks

    A Sincere Reseller!

You can setup your own webmail system to work with the Email Cluster. I've done that here.

I use RoundCube, but there are many others out there to choose from. RoundCube is still BETA last time I checked, so you take a risk with that.

Do a search for 'roundcube' on the forum and you'll find threads talking about it and other options.

RoundCube should just be connecting via IMAP or POP3, which doesn't give you the ability to change your password to my knowledge. In fact RSPs web mail interfaces I doubt do either. You can only change password from within the ******* Control Panel.
