I know, I know, another LiquidNet billing rant.
Not really.
I just wanted to share with you What I found out about another turnkey hosting reseller program today (I won't mention the company, of course).
I was looking into this company's reseller programs and I sent a question to them asking them what company name shows up on my client's credit card statement when they buy from me.
This is the response i got...
"The billing statement on the customer's Credit Card will state "Domain/Hosting Services" and does not mention a company or merchant."
Just thought I run that past you all.
Apparently, anonymity CAN be achieved in the billing area, it's just a matter of using the right merchant provider Too bad RSP/LiquidNet cannot provide this kind of anonymity in the billing area. But then, these are free reseller accounts at RSP. The other company charges a yearly fee (otherwise it's the same turnkey reseller type of deal like RSP is).
Not ranting, just thought it was interesting.
