  • Redirecting to the right hosting plan

    Remember they used to have a code(plan id) where the remote order form would redirect customers to the specific hosting plan you want on your custom site? This has been brought up before. They once removed it and would actually reinsert it but until now, it's still not available. Would it reinserted to be a feature in the future or is it scrapped for good where all customers would be redirected to the order page where it would show the enterprise package?

    drummerboy, I do not know whether plan IDs will be reintroduced as a valid parameter for the remote order form, but you can choose the plan that is selected by default on the remote order form. The plan that will be selected by default is the plan llisted at the top of the plan table on the My Offers tab of the Hosting Plans section of the reseller control panel. You can change the order of the plans by using the green and the red arrows at the right of the plan table. The plan at the top of the table will appear first on the homepage of your reseller template and it will also be listed first on the Plan Overview and Compare Our Plans pages of the two newest reseller templates 3Box and BlueBasic (former template #16).
    Please, do not forget that all changes made through the reseller control panel can take some time before they are actually reflected on your reseller templates.

      This was answered before, if you add the id of the plan to the parameter in the link from your site to the remote form.

      eg.

      all business plans have the id as 1.

      so your link would be:
      http: // www .d*o*er*ers . com/?r=UserName&action=f_order&&plan_id=1

      you'll have to find out the id's for your custom plans, but 2 is corporate plan. this will then automatically select that plan from the link.

        Should there be double "&" before the text "plan id" or only one?
