  • Thanks to developers and everyone for excellent progress

    Resellers Panel has an excellent staff in all departments that I have experienced and I have voiced that before. I want to further extend my happiness to the developers of the new SoftLite template. It really hit home with the simplistic view I wanted for my store.

    You guys continue to step up to the plate with continued developments and upgrades.. Most companies would lay a foundation and just wait for money and probably not bother to listen to their resellers and customers the way you guys do. Over the extended time I have been here myself I have seen so many suggestions (including my own) implemented into the services. I really cant say enough for the hard work and coordination that everyone appears to be doing all the way from customer support to the administration.

    I hope you guys are able to relax and take the holiday time you deserve. For those who do have to work on Christmas just be sure to know there are people who appreciate your being there.

    Happy Holidays and a Big Thanks for a continued satisfaction with service.

    I would like to say Thank you as well, especially to all those people working behind the scenes who never ever gets mentioned. Merry Christmas too.

      Yeah, RSP are good in hearing resellers advice. They would always correct any bugs in the templates they provided and any other things.

        and to all resellers who are asking about Cname AAAA txt, etc.. RP just implemented said customs DNS record.. Hurray!!!

          Yea, I would like to send out holiday wishes to everyone at RSP and all the resellers. RSP has expanded so much in the past few years from where they started, its amazing. Plus to have such dedicated management team to check up on their customers and listen to them.

          Especially thanks and happy greets for the holidays to Milen, Nick, Kalin, Teo, and Steers for their wonderful they have helped me with through the year.

          But of course I cannot just leave it to all of them, as they weren't the only ones that helped but people that have dealt with extranously throughout the year is why I listed them. Happy holidays to all you others too through the good times and the bad we did make it through.

                It is belated, but I want to say thanks for the new template as well. It was a nice surprise, and I have to say that I think it is my favorite one yet!

                  I wish to add my appreciation for all the RSP staff. You should all be proud of what you've accomplished, and i hope to see your work continue to hit the high standards that you have reached in the future. I've had to wait a long time for certain developments to be implemented, but when they were, i was extremely impressed by the results.

                  Anyway, I hope both all RSP staff and other resellers have a brilliant Christmas and a fantastic new year (or Hogmanay for those of us in Scotland lol)!

                    I have asked for CNAME records a bit before and was not satisfied by the answer then..But now its a real pleasure to know about such features..

                    Really I appreciate the friendly support team too..
