Hi all,
I am a web developer and the majority of my sales come through web development projects. My offices are distibuted around the world and I deal with many sub contractors for all aspects of the web development life cycle.
Due to the distributed nature of my business the biggest challenges I face are organisation of documents and client information. Documents come outdated very quickly and things become very confusing. I have found saome amazing and powerful Open Source Applications on the market and it would be amazing if the resellerpanel decision makers could seriously consider adding two very powerful and flexible applications to the Elephante Script Installer:
Knowledge Tree (DMS) Document Management System
Sugar (CRM) Customer Relationship Management
Not only will such applications benefit the likes of resellers like me, but I think it will have an impact on overall sales across the board.
It will allow all resellers to pitch their hosting plans as "document management system hosting" or "CRM hosting". So as well as giving the resellers great applications to organise themselves with it will add even more value to the already powerful reseller panel hosting plans.
I'd love to hear what others think about this?
