Hi there,

I am from Germany and new on ResellersPanel. Didn't know that there exists any "Affiliate" possibilities like being Host Reseller. So I would like to try out because I am a marketing freak.

Question: I am not sure if a shared sales phone support looks professional to a customer. If a customer put one of the three numbers in google he will find all other resellers.
maybe it is possible to give every reseller an own toll free number, maybe for a few dollars per year or anything like that. So the sales team notices which customer and which company is calling and can pick up the phone in the name of the resellers company.

It would be great as well if I would have the possibility to remove the sales support phone numbers from the template so that I could use my own one.

Maybe I am wrong with all that - I am just new in this business.

Yes, but your customers will still need your store-ID, right?

I am buying my phone numbers at phone.com.
I have not enough tech skills for building my own hosting site (api) so it would be great to have more options to customize the templates: phone numbers, texts ....

I think the really annoying part is that you have to tell your ID number. I'm actually quite okay with using the same number as others.

That's why it would be cool if RSP could provide us custom phone numbers. I'm okay with paying.

About the API, it's really not that hard. They gave use a pre-made form which makes it very easy to build your own website! And it gives you the possibility to customize it 100%!

How does the predefined template for API use look like and what do I need to customize it?
Do I need an own payment gate and merchant account?

I really like the templates from resellercluster.com but their domain prices are soo expensive and it seems to be a two men company yet. They are still at the beginning.

The order form sample looks pretty much the same then in the templates. All you have to do is upload the whole directory and edit the config.php file. (Just replace your storename, password and your store_id.)

Of course you will need to know some html if you want to modify it.

Please note that you will either need two clients older then 30 days or 100$ in your wallet.

I would stay with Resellerspanel, because they will handle the billing for you if you use the API.

today I got visitor from incoming search term "1-800-574-0902". I checked the results and it shows almost every reseller store. Toll free number can replace store ID.

is that a toll free number for the resellers?
