domain do not work

Hi

If I type my domain address in address bar with www it brings the page up.

If I do withougt www it can not display page.

I beleive that is something to do with A record not being set but might be wrong.

Tried to email BT support but email link is broken.

Could anyne help please?

If your domain name is hosted with us please provide me with the domain name in question so I can have a look.

Otherwise you should contact your hosting provider

There's a problem with your forwarding zone here. Only your host provider can resolve it.

If you type without www, it should automatically sense that you're trying to pull up the www page.
