Option for Back up

At Control Panel, there is no back up option. Hope this gets considered.

Hello,

We do have backups for all shared hosting accounts its just that the users don't have access to that backup system. It is only for internal restore and if needed you need to contact us so we can restore the account for you from an earlier point.

If you want you can download an archived file with all your domain folder contents from the File manager section of your control panel.
Unfortunately that does not include MySQL databases which can be downloaded from the Databases menu.
