Our developers have confirmed that Let's Encrypt wildcard SSL is currently supported, but the activation interface is not yet available.

However, there is a workaround you can use to enable it.

          Simply follow these steps:

If your domain is domain.com, go to Hosted Domains and create a subdomain *.domain.com.

Navigate to SSL Certificates and request a Let's Encrypt certificate for *.domain.com.

Create a new subdomain, such as sub.domain.com, and update the DNS record for the subdomain to point to the Shared SSL IP.

Once completed, your newly created subdomain will be fully operational and accessible at https://sub.domain.com.

          Best Regards,
          Pete Lewis

            Hi,
This is what I am currently doing
If the wildcard interface is available
I believe once created the wildcard SSL
it will auto on for rest of the newly created subdomain without manual work
sometimes it failed to auto renew
            I encountered few times already
Looking forward to the new activation interface

We will be developing an interface designed to offer the easiest and most convenient way to activate this feature. Stay tuned for updates, which we’ll share as soon as they’re ready!

              Best Regards,
