  • API Not Working

    Hi im Using API to list my plans and the prices but it has stopped to work recently
    Dos any one has the same problem?

        Both of you may want to file a support ticket. They are so busy right now that it looks like the forum is not being monitored right now.

          We have just replaced our billing system with a completely new one. Perhaps you have noticed the article in the news section about it as well as the sticky article in the Suggestions and Feedback section of the forum asking resellers to provide feedback about any issues that might stem from the replacement of the billing system (and the reseller API is very closely related to the billing system). Also, if when you submit a problem report, it is highly advisable to provide at as much details as possible, for instance, where is the API installed, what API functions are you using and what exactly is going wrong, such as specific error messages returned by the API scripts, etc., since “API not working” is not a particularly helpful problem description. It would be best if you provide all this information in a support ticket.

          As I have noted above, the API was closely linked with the billing system that has been just replaced. Please, open a support ticket with a description of the issues you have encountered with the API.

          Not quite right. However, having to check repeating reports regarding the same issue in half a dozen of forum threads and having to post the same responses half a dozen of times is having a terrible effect on working efficiency. Please excuse me, if I sound harsh, but having to repeat stuff over-and-over again seems to have a particularly wearing effect on my patience, especially when I have specifically created a thread for issues that might stem from the billing system change and kindly asked the feedback to be submitted in that place, instead of being scattered throughout a number of forum threads, was that really too much to ask?

            API Not Working is the Best Detailed Description since
            1 – No error message whatsoever
            2 – No data received from API
            3 - All function not working or have any impact on clients “Lick Information Edit”
            4- Function not related to Billing system not working like “Domain Availability Chick”
            I’m entering domain name to check it and no data feed back
            And just to describe the full picture I have spent the last 5 month making my own automation and CMS system using all the function of API after 1 month of study them and there mechanism
            And I haven’t slept for the past 2 days review all the code allover agene just to make shore that my code is working before I submit a ticket than I have used the on line support chat and they advise me to open a ticket

              Oh I forgot
              no need to say that whoever is visiting my “HOSTING SERVICE SITE” well find nothing
              yes nothing

              No Plans
              No Prices
              So No Order
              Not Even checking domain Availably
              and he will leaving my site and imagine what gr8 services that I hade and offer “0 a big one”

              and I will be “I’m now” asking my self “well he come and visit my site agene ?”

                I have lost all feeds noe, but the domain search was working last night and I was offering a plan with 0MB web space and 0 GB data transfer, and it will only cost you $0, now thats a good deal if I do say so myself.

                Serously though, These changes have caused me a major head ache, as I'm in the UK I was using the pricing from the sign up page and ********* it and using it on my custom site, then the api went down and I thought I had done something while trying to code a new script to get the uk prices from the new sign up form, but hey, s**t happens.

                I think maybe a quick note to say that the api would be affected as well, for those of us that use it wouldn't have gone a miss.
