API Problems

I have been using the api for over a year now with no problems, then I moved to another server, a uk one. My settings were updated so it would work on the new server and last week it stoped.

Is anyone using the api on the uk servers without a problem or is anyone else having the same problem using the api?

I have submitted a support ticket but as yet the problem has not been rectified.
