Bug in New Remote Order Form

First, let me say that I like the new remote order form that is available to resellers. The new form is more streamline and looks nicer. However, there is a bug in the new form that prevents me from using it on my site. When you select either VPS or Dedicated Server plans, the option to "Use My Existing Domain" disappears. This option is present on the old form for all plans, and it's available for Shared or Semi-Dedicated plans on the new order form.
