How to link to the T&C and Service Level Guarantees popup?

Hi,
Is there a way to link directly to the T o C popup on the order page from elsewhere on the site? If possible, I'd like to link directly to the Service Level Guarantee anchor too. Something like mystore.com/order-form/#hosting_service_level_guarantees

I think its handled by a piece of Javasscript which comes from the duo servers server.
