Can I install a 3rd party SSL (Business Plan with dedi-IP) or does support have to do it for me.... what's involved either way? THnaks.

Hello.
You can install 3rd part SSLs - no problem.
1 - You have to generate the CSR Request within the Hepsia Control Panel.
2 - You should have the SSL Certificate and CA Bundle provided to you by the SSL Vendor.
3 - Go to Hosted Domains >> Edit Domain and install the SSL Certificate as any other.

If you have troubles installing the SSL Certificate, you can always open a ticket and provide us the SSL Certificate and CA Bundle so we could install it or you.
