There is no reason you cant perform a backup yourself. Just use the File Manager to copy the files to another folder. Many resellers use this technique to 'suspend' an account for non-payment and move the site into a temporary folder while displaying a account suspended page.

As for restoring an account due to hacking or accidental deletion you will need to submit a ticket for a technician to perform this. They tend to be very fast answering tickets, you just need to be very clear and succinct as to what you need done.
