VPS Open site via Ip Address

The site is hosted on a resellerspanel VPS system with Hepsia Control Panel.
Is it possible to change server settings so that a site can be accessed directly via its ip address.
Currently I get Access forbidden! message.

You should submit a support ticket for issues like this, sounds like something a technician needs to look at.

I remember seeing a setting somewhere in the Hespia CP which allows you to allocate IP addresses to a particular folder/domain. Have you checked these settings?

Log into your Hepsia Control Panel. Top right and open a support ticket, I believe it asks you a few questions first to determine what category your ticket should be in. This helps it get to the right people.

Maybe it would work with a Dedicated IP Address?

Hello.

You can open a Ticket from your Hosting Control Panel >> Help >> Open Support Ticket.

If you want to be able to access your website using IP, then the website has to be assigned Dedicated IP.

Please open a Ticket so we could assist you further with that.
