Changes take a long time for wordpress sites

The quick update feature doesn't seem to be working on my wordpress hosting site. Is this normal for wordpress or should it be updating as quickly as if I were using the default store template?

I have:
- Cleared my browser cache
- Deactivated my Memcache (I have my reseller domain hosted on an OVZ account)
- Cleared Varnish cache

But nothing seem to matter. Updates take a long time. I don't know how long but I think an hour or more is a safe guesstimation.

Contacted support. They told me to make sure I am clicking the "Delete Cache and Refresh Account Info" button under the "connections" settings in the RSP WP Plugin. I totally missed that

Changes taking effect immediately now. lol.
