You need a hosting plan (at least a domain manager account) in order to control it via the Hepsia Control Panel. You can see a live demo here - https://cpdemo.resellerspanel.com/?auto_login=true
In your Resellers Panel you can change the colours, logo and add you business name to brand it more to your own business requirements.
