Long and short banners do not work/show on template?

I am using the hosted template (ie [mysitename].duoservers.com) via StoreMaster Admin Area and the long and short banner texts do not appear on the template.
Is there a way to activate them?

Sorry, I don't know. Best way to get help is to open a ticket in your resellers panel account.
