Hello. LiveChat assistance integrated into the Control Panel
A recent in-depth customer behaviour analysis has revealed that some web hosting customers get lost when they try to upgrade their current account parameters from within their Control Panels.
To help them find their way to the most relevant solution and stick to the right checkout path, we have integrated a LiveChat functionality into the Web Hosting Control Panel.
It will appear in the lower right corner of the screen when a customer opens any of the order pages within the Control Panel:
The Control Panel-integrated LiveChat service will be handled by our Sales Department team.
The main purpose of the LiveChat option is to help customers who are not sure what service they need to order if they have run out of resources or have completely outgrown the capacity of their current service.
If customers need technical support with their accounts, they will still need to resort to the ticketing system section.
