Phone outage

Dear Resellers,

As many of you have probably noticed already we are experiencing a complete phone outage due to our telephone service provider being located in NYC (Sandy hurricane has cut off all power to the location where the provider is located).

Update: Engineers are currently on standby; awaiting update from NYC regarding Wall St. Power Grid. Engineers will be deployed to restore services as soon as it is safe for them to work.

Update from our phone provider: "Power remains out for majority of Lower Manhattan. We are awaiting further update and once received, services will be restored immediately."

Update: Power has been restored to Lower Manhattan and the phone lines are back in business!
