SC38 && SC39 down reason -

Around 16:00 GMT the datacenter in which our latest servers are located suddenly lost its connection to the Internet. Since then we have communicated with their support staff but until now no solution has been found. The best time frame we got from them was "as soon as human possible"( )and we were assured that a sysadmin is on his way (this was 3 hours ago).
Unfortunately this is beyond our power to control and all we could do now is wait until the problem is resolved.
Servers affected by the problem are:
SC38.com
SC39.com
In addition there seems that this has caused 2 "minor" problems:
1. The login on some of the servers does not work (SC34 and SC17 reported)
2. No new sign ups can be done.
Please accept our apologies for this terrible mess and please understand that this is a problem not depending on us. At the moment the p[hones are ringing, the emails are flying around and this "little" problem really costs us lots of money AND time. Worst of all is that we are helpless - we cannot do anything to "fix" it, but wait.
The servers are up and online again. The issue was not as we was originaly told - network connection issue. The problem was in a faulty CDU device (that's a remote reboot device). It has been fixed and everything is back to normal.
