    Downtime of RSP members, signup and stores

    Unfortunately today we had a major crash of the main DB server of ResellersPanel system. This caused the downtime of the members area of RSP, the signup area of RSP and all stores (d*u*o*servers).

    So far there are 6 hours of downtime. We expect to resolve this issue within 1 hour. We will update this thread as soon as we have more information.

    It take us a lot of time as the DB is huge - over 4 GBs and we are running series of checks and test to ensure the DB is working well.

      We have recovered and tested everything, however the DB is running very slowly - about 20-30 times slower. We have to run vacum on that DB. It will take another 3 up to 4 hours from now.

        It is a miracle! The vacum has finished for just 20-40 mins. Everything is working now.
