This is to inform you that one of our servers – SupCenter20.com - suffered a hard disc failure, which resulted in the 3-hour-and-a-half downtime of customers' accounts and web sites earlier today (between 09:30 -01.00 PST). Our team of administrators got mobilized to deal with the unexpected issue in a way that no data would be lost.
In consequence of their efforts, now the server is back to its normal mode and the online availability of your customers’ accounts and web sites has been restored.
To ensure the proper functionality of the server from now on, our administrators are planning to replace the damaged two out of four server hard discs that will possibly slow down the server work within several 10-minute periods. We’ll keep you updated on any news in the matter.
