Due to a switch supply failure, all of our network servers that are supported by the Fremont Datacenter experienced downtime within one hour (starting at around 03.00 PST).
The abrupt breakdown resulted in some of our servers’ going offline for approximately one hour. Among servers affected by the switch issue are: SupCenter16, SupCenter17, SupCenter19, SupCenter21, SupCenter22, SupCenter23, SupCenter25, SupCenter27, SupCenter28, SupCenter32, SupCenter33, SupCenter34, SupCenter35, SupCenter36, SupCenter43.
The downtime period caused the online non-availability of your customers' web hosting control panels and web sites. The issue was dealt with as quickly as possible and the servers have been successfully returned to their normal functionality.
We’d like to apologize on behalf of our datacenter’s administrators for any inconvenience that this unexpected issue may have caused and to assure you that no data have been lost.
