Connection problems after DDoS attack

Today we experienced connection problems to all servers located in the Fremont Data Center after an attack against an IP on one of our servers. The nature of the attack was such that it caused connection problems to all servers within our network. It took our administrators about 30 minutes to identify the IP that was targeted, which was necessary in order to resolve this problem and put an end to the attack.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. This case will be reviewed further next week and we will be looking for possible ways to prevent such attacks in the future.
