1) What's your guarantee like? You say 99.9% but no mention of what I'd get if it didn't make the 99.9% or how the 99.9% uptime is monitored...

2) You say you support C & C++ so does that mean you allow full GCC Compiler access on the server; if so, under what Kernel?
