    SupServer11.com REGISTRAR-HOLD

    Around 10 PM EST on 14 Oct. the domain name s*upremeserver11.com has been put on hold for unknown reason by our domain registrar ENOM. We've tried to contact ENOM, but they do not have 24/7 phone support. We opened a ticket with the highest priority in their ticketing system and currently we are waiting them to respond and to explain us why the domain has been put on hold.

    The DNS seems to be working and hopefully will not have any troubles, so your websites will be up all the time.

    Our administrators are currently setting up s*upremecenter11.com so you can access the control panel.

    As soon as we receive an answer from ENOM we'll update this thread.

    No answer from ENOM yet. DNS is working and all websites on supserver11 are working too. The control panel is accessible only through s*upremecenter11.com.

      We are still waiting for ENOM to answer.

      There was a problem with the email delivery, which was caused by the domain issue of supserver11.com. It has been fixed. No emails have been lost. Just the delivery was delayed with 2 days.

        ENOM just replied. Here what they have responded to our request:

        This domain has been locked by our abuse dept. You'll want to contact them (send an email to abuse@enom.com) for an explanation of why, and what can be done about it.

        So right now we are waiting for their abuse department to respond. In the past we've been contacting their abuse department for other issues and they were responding fast. We hope to get this issue solved by the end of today.

          Around 6 PM EST on 17 Oct. Supserver11.com has been re-enabled. ENOM stated that they had put the domain on hold because of an abuse for phishing site. They finally agreed to not suspend our domain names without notifying us in advance. This way we'll avoid such further issues.
